Franklyn Bai Kargbo is an eminently experienced legal practitioner and diplomat with a long and distinguished record of Public and Private Sector service both in Sierra Leone and internationally.

Mr. Kargbo has also held the positions of Presidential Advisor (Legal & Governance) in the Strategy and Policy Unit in the Office of the President, Co-Leader of the Presidential Task Force that renegotiated Mineral Rights and Infrastructure rights in Sierra Leone. Mr. Kargbo served as Executive Secretary of the Sierra Leone Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

He is currently in private legal practice as Consultant General Counsel with the Law Firm of Tanner Legal Advisory, the leading Law Firm for Investment and Business in Sierra Leone.
